Coaching Cognition Basic 100 Course
Certification Curriculum & Registration
Because this program has received ACSTH (Approved Coach Specific Training Hours)
from the International Coach Federation (ICF), your training experience with this program
is guaranteed to be accepted as part of a portfolio application for a coach credential.
Classes begin on January 23
Students meet twice per week for 1hour each session in this 12-week course. After you register, you'll be able to select a meeting time from the options below for the interactive and practice/supervised portion of the course.
Class options are listed in Pacific Time
Option 1: Tues. and Thurs. 7-8 am PT
Option 2: Tues. and Thurs. 6-7 pm PT
Option 3: Mon. and Wed. 11am-12pm PT
* Please note that these times are dependent on student registration counts and are subject to change based on enrollment.
** If you miss a class you are able to make it up at your convenience during other class times available (there are several other class meet up times currently full, but that can be used for "make-up" classes to accommodate changes in schedule).
This is highly interactive, providing the opportunity to not only learn the foundational skills of coaching through an approved course with ICF (for those interested in acquiring a coach credential) but also to practice your coaching skills in a safe environment, under ICF guidelines. This ensures you are practicing the right skills meeting the industry's highest standards for effective coaching practice.
Those who complete the course will have the option of being placed on our Client-Attraction platform to begin building your clientele and practice 'paid' coaching hours (where you earn for hours you coach), further advancing your skill set under our guided direction and support.

The Coaching Cognition Difference

- The Coaching Cognition Basic Coaching '100' Training Series provides 30 Approved Coach Specific Training Hours (ACSTH) toward your ICF credential.
- Coaching Cognition Instructors are highly qualified including credentialed coaches, licensed counsellors, university professors and business experts.
- Supervising Coaches have been trained by or are serving as assessors for the ICF, which means you will be getting top quality feedback and guidance as you develop your coaching skills.
- Coaching Cognition is pending approval as a recommended training school for the new Board Certified Coach credential offered by The Center for Credentialing and Education, Inc. (CCE) created in response to ongoing requests from other organizations to the National Board for Certified Counselors, Inc. and Affiliates (NBCC) for assistance with credentialing, assessment, and management services.
- According to P Anne Scoular Harvard business review January 2009, there is currently a move away from self-certification by training businesses and toward accreditation—whereby reliable international bodies subject providers to a rigorous audit and accredit only those that meet tough standards. Supervised Coaching:
